从供给侧创新武警院校教育的几点思考

Reflection on the Innovation of People's Armed Police College Education from the Supply-side

武警院校是武警部队人才培养的重要源头,随着武警部队任务的拓展、武器装备和新型(质)作战力量快速发展,如何满足部队高质量的人才培养需求,是新时代武警院校教育发展面临的实现挑战。本文以习主席"三个面向"军事院校教育思想为指导,从优化要素配置、补齐发展短板、激发学员潜能和释放内生动力四个方面提出加强教育院校供给侧改革,探讨了创新武警院校教育的具体途径。

People’s Armed Police college is a crucial source for personnel training of the PAP.Along with the extension of missions,rapid development of equipment and new combat forces,it has become a real challenge to satisfy the high quality personnel training.This essay,based on the thoughts of President Xi Jinping’s'Three Orientations'for military college education,puts forward some methods to enhance college supply-side reform from four perspectives:optimizing elements allocation,amending development shortcomings,stimulating cadets’potential and releasing inner motivation,and discussed the specific methods of innovating People’s Armed Police college education.
