提高质量 扩大品种 全面发展我国炼钢工业

BETTER QUALITY, MORE GRADES, DEVELOP CHINA'S STEELMAKING INDUSTRY IN EVERY RESPECT

本文综述冶金部和中国金属学会1987年11月在上海宝钢联合召开的全国炼钢综合学术年会关于炼钢、连铸、铸锭、耐火材料、铁合金、节能、转炉检测仪表和自动控制等方面的报告和讨论。提出要增强质量意识,树立新的质黾观念和扩大钢的品种、提高质量水平的途径。包括提高炼钢的工艺装备水平;搞好连铸机的建设和生产,提高连铸坯的质量,提高模铸钢锭的质量和发展与烁钢相关的技术,如耐火材料、铁合金、碳素制品和专用检测仪表及自动化等。

A national steelmaking conference co-organized by the Ministry of Metallurgical Industry and The Chinese Society of Metals was held in Baoshan Iron and Steel Complex in September 1987. Papers on steelmaking, continuous casting, ingot casting, refractories, ferroalloys, energy saving, control systems and automation were presented and discussed. Stress was focused on quality. The ways formulated to produce more steel grades with better quality are as follows: Modernization of the steelmaking facilities, improving the operation and productivity of continuous casters and the quality of continuous cast semis. Paying more attention to the development of refractories, ferroalloys, carbon products, instruments and automation to meet the requirements of steelmaking.
