摘要
为改善现有的型材拔制工艺,作者提出用拉拔时变形段的“形状”系数作为模具孔型设计的理论依据。本文通过理论分析和试验研究,提出有关“形状”系数△的参数计算公式和有关钢种的α-△-ε曲线图。进而指出,各种异型钢材的冷拔生产应根据它们各自独特的“形状”系数规范去选择拔制工艺和合理的模具孔型。
To improve the existing drawing process of shaped steel, the proposal of using "shape" factor of the deformation zone as theoretical basis for die draft design is given in this paper. By theoretical analysis of experimental results, the calculation of "shape" factor and the a-△-ε graphs of some steel grades are given too. It shows that the drawing technology and the die draft should be selected in accordance with the "shape" factor for a specified steel grade.
