摘要
为全面系统地解决炼钢过程渣料熔化效果问题,从熔化效果的评价方法出发,对出钢渣洗过程渣料熔化效果进行评价与研究分析,并提出解决方案,最终取得了理想的应用效果。围绕未熔化渣料堆聚面积这个核心参数,采用六西格玛工具和方法进行了技术分析和必要的试验研究,结果表明,出钢口次数和铝锭加入量对渣料熔化效果的影响显著;铝酸钙精炼渣的物相参数对渣料熔化效果影响不大。通过FactSage软件模拟,判断石灰加入量过多会造成渣料不化。采取相应措施后,渣洗渣料熔化效果大幅度改善,渣料堆积面积明显减少,可观测到的渣料堆聚的炉次比例从80%降低到10%以下。
To improve the melting effect in steelmaking process,the melting process during EAF tapping was systematically studied and solution was finally given.The area of pile-up flux on surface was taken as the key parameter to describe the slagging effect and many cause factors were analyzed,tested and proved from 6 perspectives-operator,machine,material,method,environment and measurement.The results reveal that tapping hole order and aluminium ingot addition amount play important roles in slagging effect,while not the mineralogical phases of calcium aluminate flux.Furtherly,by FactSage,the key factor influences slagging effect was finally found as lime addition amount-too much lime piles upon the ladle slag surface.After actions taken,the slagging effect is dramatically improved,the frequency of observed pile-up decreased from 80%to less than 10%.
