国外自杀型恐怖主义研究述评

A Review of Foreign Research on Suicide Terrorism

自杀型恐怖主义是指通过自杀方式进行的恐怖主义行为及其相关的信念。这是近年来对国际社会威胁最大、预防也最为困难的犯罪类型之一。国外对这类犯罪开展的心理学等方面的研究发现,这类犯罪具有一些显著的行为特征,实施这类犯罪的人也有一些明显的个人特征;这类犯罪的发生,有一些值得关注的社会与心理原因;在进行自杀型恐怖袭击之前,恐怖组织会对实施这类犯罪的恐怖分子进行招募和训练。应当在借鉴国际社会研究成果的基础上,提高预防这类犯罪的科学化水平。

Suicide terrorism refers to terrorist acts done through suicide as well as some beliefs relevant to them.This is a type of crime that poses the greatest threat to the international community and is the most difficult to prevent in recent years.Foreign research on such crimes shows that such crimes have some significant behavioral characteristics,and those who commit such crimes also have some obvious personal characteristics;there are some social and psychological reasons why such crimes happen to be concerned.Prior to suicide terrorist attacks,terrorist organizations recruit and train the terrorists who committed such crimes.Sharing the research findings of the international community,we should improve the scientific level of preventing such crimes.
