预防及治疗非甾体抗炎药引起小肠损伤的研究进展 被引量：3

摘要 非甾体抗炎药（NSAID）具有解热、镇痛、抗炎等多种药理作用,其广泛用于炎症、关节炎、疼痛、发烧以及缺血性脑血管等疾病的治疗,并且最近有研究表明其具有预防结直肠癌的效果[1]。这类药物通过抑制合成前列腺素的环氧合酶（cyclooxygenase,COX）发挥作用,其最常见的不良反应是损害消化道黏膜[2],除上消化道并发症如胃十二指肠溃疡之外还存在小肠、结肠部位的并发症,可导致出血、穿孔、狭窄、
