Semi-formal Control (Governance) Theory: an Exploration from the Practice of Chinese Control(Governance)

研究和提出以中国社会控制和治理为基础的控制或治理理论是时代发展的需要,也是研究中国社会控制与治理的学者之使命。亚正式控制概念和亚正式控制的一般性理论是在长期观察及研究中西方特别是中美社会的基础上提出的。对亚正式控制存在的普遍性、亚正式控制产生或存在的原因、亚正式控制可能产生的结果进行探讨研究,可以在此基础上,进一步探讨亚正式控制结果的影响或预测因素(或变量)及其测量。

It is the need of the times to study and propose the control or governance theory based on Chinese social control and governance, and it is the mission of scholars to study Chinese social control and governance. The concept of semi-formal control and the general theory of semi-formal control are put forward on the basis of long-term observation and study of Chinese and Western societies, especially Chinese and American societies. On the basis of discussing the universality, the reasons for appearance or existence,and the possible results of semi-formal control, we can further explain the influence or prediction factors(or variables) of semi-formal control results and their measurement.
