从文化角度看,日本是东西合壁的“儒家资本主义”国家。东西方文化的结合形成了日本独特的企业文化。日本企业文化的主要内容,主要可以概括为:以人为中心的“人力资本思想”、“和谐高于一切”的人际关系、“忠诚集团主义的劳动观”等。日本企业文化突破了西方发达国家的陈旧规范,注入了东方文化的深刻内涵,使日本企业文化大大优于西方,有力地促进了日本经济的发展,是日本经济获得成功的强有力的因素。
Regarded from a cultural angle, Japan is a 揅onfucian type of capitalist country?with a combination of Eastern and Western characteristics. The combination of Eastern and Western cultures has shaped Japans unique business culture. The main content of the Japanese business culture can be summed up as human-centered human resource conception, harmony-first interpersonal relationships, loyal-to-collectivism work ideology, etc. This type of Japanese business culture has broken through the outmoded business culture patterns of the Western advanced countries and, with profound connotation that is unique to Eastern culture, performed far better than that of the Western countries. As a result, it has functioned as a powerful propelling force for the development of the Japanese economy
