摘要
本文通过剖析新型 ZX-5B1转速信号器研制中的若干环节,阐述了对老型产品的改进。分析了对稀土永磁材料的合理使用、弹簧型式的变更,分磁结构的应用等问题,还提出了对运行温漂考核的一些认识以及继续改进的方向。
In this paper,The improvement on old speed signaler is described by dissec- ting some development process of a new-type ZX-5B1 speed signaler in detail. Reasonable application of rare earth permanent-magnet material,modification of spring and structure of separated magnet are analyzed.Assessment of tempera- ture drift in operation and direction of its continuous improvement are presented also.
