Study and Improvement on the Problems of the Mechanical Breaking Device of Our Country's Hydrogenerator

文章针对我国水轮发电机机械制动装置在电站运行中经常发生的问题和事故,参考国外较先进的制动装置设计,进行了全面综合的分析研究。指出我国有关制动标准、规程、计算方法和结构等方面的问题和不足,提出了改进计算方法和制动环、制动器结构的具体意见。

This paper deals with the comprehensive study on the problems and accidents occurred frequently in the mechanical breaking device in our country's hydrogener- ator and with reference to the advanced breaking devices designed abroad.The paper shows the problems and shortages on the subject of the relevant standard,code, calculating method and designed structure of the devices,and offers varied improvement comments on calculating method and structures for the breaker and breaking ring.
