Comments on the Construction and Operation Management of Qinghai-Tibet Railway (Golmud-Lhasa Section)

青藏铁路(格尔木—拉萨)地处青藏高原高寒、缺氧、高海拔、冻土等特殊恶劣的生态环境,文章从运输组织模式、运营管理体制、设备维修、建设标准等方面对格拉段修建后运营管理存在的特殊问题进行了分析,并提出了解决问题的设想。

Golmud-Lhasa section of Qinghai-Tibet Railway lies in the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, whichfeatures extreme coldness, lack of oxygen, high altitude and permafrost. This paper analyzesthe specific problems in the operation management when the Golmud-Lhasa section iscompleted and proposes the solutions in transportation organization mode, operationmanagement system, equipment maintenance and construction standard.
