摘要
在铁路运输生产过程中,线路、桥梁、信号等基础设施需要进行日常维修和养护,以确保设备状态良好,满足运输生产的需要。施工方案是行车调度日常指挥和施工单位进行施工作业的依据之一,施工方案的提报、编制、审核、实施是基础设施维修的重要环节,随着计算机技术的发展与微机编制列车运行图系统的应用,采用计算机对施工方案进行智能化管理,并在日常运输生产中发挥作用不仅十分必要而且是可行的。
During the transport production, the infrastructures such as track,bridge and signaling, etc. need to be routinely maintained and repaired in orderto ensure a healthy condition. The construction plan is one of the foundations forroutine traffic control and construction work of engineering division. Thepreparation, establishment, examination and implementation of construction planare key link for facility maintenance. With the development of computer technol-ogy and the application of train graph generated by computer, it becomes nec-essary and feasible to apply intelligent management to construction plan bycomputer and bring it into full play in routine transport production.
