摘要
保证高清互动业务质量和用户体验是广电运营商需要面对的重要课题。本文概述了高清互动平台的系统结构及业务流程,阐述了互动业务交互过程中所涉及的信令交互及可能遇到的其他问题。文章进而分析了互动业务质量完整监测所需的对互动码流指标的监测要求、对射频信号的监测要点以及对通过测试终端对业务进行主动拨测等相关问题。并给出了故障定位过程的实例,探讨了交互过程分析在故障调试中所起的作用。
For CATV network operators, service quality and user's experience ensurance are their main concern to maintain competitive advantage. This paper outlines system structure and business flow of high-definition interactive platform, and elaborates protocol interaction and common faults in interactive process. Monitoring requirements to media streams, radio frequency signals and active testing method is described briefly. A case of fault-location practical in the interactive service is introduced. At the last the paper explains the significance of the interactive process analysis.
