加快完善我国农村广播电视公共服务体系

Accelerating Improvement of China's Radio and Television Public Service System in Rural Areas

改革开放以来,我国广播电视快速发展,然而,农村地区受各种条件限制,广播电视公共服务体系还不够健全,亟需进一步完善。本文对比了我国农村与城市广播电视公共服务体系的差距,提出采用地面数字电视和直播卫星协同覆盖方式,完善农村广播电视公共服务体系,实现我国城乡广播电视公共服务均等化。

Since the reform and opening policy, China's radio and television has been developed rapidly. However, limited by various conditions, radio and television public service system in rural areas is still not perfect. This paper compares the gap between China's rural and urban radio and television public service system, proposes using collaborative coverage of digital terrestrial television and direct broadcast satellite to improve rural radio and television public service system and to achieve equalization of urban and rural radio and television public service.
