摘要
2013年江苏省广播电视监测台结合监测体系建设需求,设计并建设了一套基于广播电视全媒体综合监测监管平台的视听节目内容分析系统,有别于传统的广告监测、舆情监测,在新的系统架构下进行了大胆的技术创新和变革。
In 2013, combined with the need of the monitoring infrastructure, Jiangsu TV and Broadcasting Monitoring Station has designed a set of Audio-visual content analysis system based on all media general monitoring platform. This is different from the traditional advertisement monitoring and public sentiment monitoring system. Under the new system architecture, it is a new system with bold innovation and change.
