Study on Broadcast Multimedia Intelligent Command and Dispatching System

本文对多媒体指挥调度系统的技术组成和功能应用进行了初步探究。该系统是充分利用现有指挥调度手段,通过升级并扩展部分技术功能,实现指挥调度工作模式的创新。在新形势下,为应对广播电视,特别是新媒体安全播出事件事故的管理工作,提升现有指挥调度技术系统的效能,而做的探索性研究。

This paper explores the technology components and functional applications of the multimedia command and dispatching system. The system makes full use of current command and dispatching means, and innovates the mode of command and dispatching by upgrading and expanding some technology functions. The study in this paper aims at improving the ei ciency of current command and dispatching system implemented in TV broadcasting, especially at dealing with safety broadcasting incident of new media in the new situation.
