Research and Practice of Operation and Maintenance Service Management System for IT System in TV Station

依托于总局科技司《基于高标清全台网化制播体系管理维护模式的研究与实践》科研项目,项目组对国内十余家电视台进行了深入调研,调研内容涉及人员管理、运维流程、设备维护、系统监控、运维技术、网络安全等方面,并对调研结果进行分析和、归纳。根据国内广电行业运维管理现状,结合运维信息化的新型发展思路,设计了在电视台制播网络环境下具备广泛推广价值的通用运维管理模型、实现模式及模式选择方法。介绍了一种运维管理模式在北京电视台制播网络建设和运维中的具体实践与应用情况,包括IT运维中的人员、过程、技术、资源等服务要素的落地方法。

Depending on the scientific research project, commissioned by Science and Technology Bureau of SAPPRFT, of Production and Broadcasting System's Management and Maintenance Based on HD and SD Whole Station Network, the project team has made an investigation into more than ten television stations. The team investigates some aspects of personnel management, operational process, equipment maintenance, system monitoring and network security and analyzes the result of investigation. By the Operation, Maintenance and Management's(OMM) status in the broadcast industry and new ideas about OMM information, the team describes a general OMM model, implementation mode and the method of mode selection. The essay introduces application of a kind of OMM mode in production and broadcasting network construction in BTV.
