基于“降采样理论”的广播节目播出自动检测比对系统

摘要 自动检测比对系统,可以实时对音频信号从播控、传输到发射全程进行监控检测,并将已发射的节目信号同送往发射台的节目信号进行自动比对,如果播出和接收的信号不同,系统发出声光报警,立即切换到正确的信号,有效地防范了发生错播、插播的几率,提高了安全播出的保障能力。降采样算法减少了数据的采集和处理,节约存储空间,运算速度快,比对结果精准。 An automatic inspection system can monitor a real-time audio signal's full process of playout control, transmission and transmitting. The system can compare the transmitted signal with the received signal in the transmitting station. If these two signals are not identical, the system will send out alarm and switch into the right one immediately. The system ef ectively prevents faults and improves broadcasting safety. Downsampling algorithm reduces data collection and operation and saves storage space with fast calculating speed and accurate compare results.
