本文介绍青海广播电视台青海卫视高清制播系统的整体设计理念、系统设计方案、项目实施部署情况,详细介绍了制作系统实现文件化送播的流程、以及系统链路全IP化,通过新技术的应用,提高了青海卫视节目的生产效率。
The paper introduces overall design concept and project implementation and deployment of an HD production and broadcasting system in Qinghai Satellite TV. It provides the system's broadcasting process based on i ling and all-IP links. The design improves production ei ciency through application of the new technology.
