Control, Management and Monitoring System(CMMS) based on the hardware platform of Master Control System(MCS) for China Central Television is required to business management, signal dispatch's intellectualization and service dispatch's automation. This article elaborates CMMS' function, design and implementation. CMMS has realized MCS operation's standardization and intellectualization. This article can be used as a reference in terms of implementation for similar systems.
