本文提出了预警信息自动适配播发系统的总体设计思路,提出了预警信息自动适配系统的总体框架和业务流程,阐述了预警信息自动适配播发系统的技术实现方式,为推进各级预警信息自动适配播发系统建设提供了设计思路。

This paper proposes the overall design idea of warning message automatic adaptive broadcast system(WMAABS), and describes WMAABS' framework and business process. It also expounds WMAABS' technical realization methods, and provides design ideas to promote WMAABS' construction at all level.
