To meet people’s new expectations of a better life,IPTV construction and management are related to national political security,cultural information security,and ideological security.Monitoring and supervision are important to IPTV construction and management.This paper introduces the overall consideration on both actively promoting the IPTV supervision system and fully promoting IPTV development in standardization and high quality,such as the necessity of speeding up the construction of IPTV supervision system,the general requirements of IPTV monitoring and supervision,and the basic ideas of IPTV monitoring and supervision system construction.It is helpful not only to broaden the approach of IPTV construction management but also to promote modern omni-media supervision.
