合作型教师团队的构建是广西广播电视大学小学教育专业特色建设的重要前提,是符合开放大学的建设要求的。文章针对小学教育专业的特色建设问题分析了教师团队构建的适切性和结构要素,提出了构建合作型教师团队的对策。

Building the cooperative team of teachers is an important prerequisite for specialty construction of primary education of Guangxi Open University, which is also the requirement of the Open University construction.This paper analyzes the adequacy and structural elements of teacher team construction according to the specialty construction of primary education, and puts forward some countermeasures for building the cooperative team of teachers.
