在asp.net框架下设计和开发了在线稿件处理系统。本系统由作者审稿、专家评审和编辑管理三个部分组成,可完成稿件管理、稿件查询和业务统计等操作。满足了编辑部的工作需求,有效地提高了学报编辑管理的工作效率。

The paper designs and develops the online manuscript editing system on the framework of ASP.NET which is constituted by three parts,namely,author evaluation,expert evaluation,and editor evaluation.The system can fulfill the functions like manuscript management,inquiring and business statistics,etc,meeting the needs of editorial departments,and raising the management efficiency of journal editorial department effectively.
