Internet Thinking of the Curriculum Resources Construction on the Background of OER Movement

OER运动的课程资源建设作为在互联网的基础上建立,并且符合互联网精神的一项事业,就应该根据互联网思维去进行建设。课程资源建设中可以、而且应该运用的互联网思维有用户思维、创新思维和数据思维三大思维,这三大思维在宏观和微观上,对课程资源建设都有着重要的指导作用。

As the course resource construction under OER movement is based on the Internet,and in line with the spirit of Internet,they should be constructed with the Internet thinking.Three main Internet thinking namely user oriented, innovative thinking and data thinking can and should be used in the course resource construction, because they play an important guiding role both?in macro and micro level.
