和谐语言环境是促进经济发展、促进和谐社会建设的重要内容。北部湾经济区有其特殊的区域特点、经济特征与丰富的地域文化。北部湾和谐语言环境建设需要构筑整体和谐、统一多样、推进文化交流融合的建设理念。在此基础上确立语言规划思想,制定语言使用范围与管理方案,普及国家通用语、规范社会语用、完善语言服务体系、培养语言服务人才。

Harmonious language environment is an important part of harmonious society construction which can promote the economy development and harmonious society construction.Beibu Gulf Economic Zone has its special regional characteristics,economic features and rich regional cultures.Harmonious language environment construction in Beibu Gulf should arm with the construction idea of overall harmony,variation within a unity,and promoting the cultural integration.It is also necessary to establish the language planning thought,make language usage and management scenario,popularize national common language,regulate the social pragmatics,improve and perfect language service system,and train the language service talents.
