摘要
民族地区高校大学英语教师专业发展因其学历、思维定势、学生素质、教学科研环境等因素的影响而受到了制约,但是通过教学反思、跨专业提升学历、参加学术交流、参与网络互动等途径,英语教师可以促进专业成长。
Restricted by their education backgrounds,thought patterns,quality of their students,and teaching and research environment,the Professional development of English teachers in universities in the minority regions are constrained.But English teachers in these universities can promote their professional progress through teaching reflection,furthering their education,participating in academic exchanges,and taking part in the online interactions.
