在欧盟与阿拉伯世界的双边关系中,欧盟起着举足轻重的作用。这既有地理毗邻因素,也有历史殖民因素,更是欧盟的对阿战略使然。本文通过梳理欧盟对阿拉伯世界的战略机制变迁,分析影响欧盟对阿战略的关键变量和当前面临的严峻挑战,最后对欧盟对阿战略的未来进行展望。

In the bilateral relations between the EU and the Arab world,the EU plays a pivotal role.This can be attributed to such factors as geographical adjacency and the history of colonization,but more importantly to the EU's Arab strategy.By combing the changes in the EU's strategic mechanism,this paper analyzes the key variables of the EU's strategy against the Arab world and the severe challenges facing the EU,with an attempt to look into the future of the EU's Arab strategy.
