非盟、非洲一体化与中国的建设性参与

AU,African Integration and China's Constructive Engagement

20世纪以来非洲历史发展的一条主线,是非洲各国人民通过相互间的团结与合作争取实现政治独立,在完成这一历史任务后开始追求经济发展与全面复兴。当前,非盟的发展不仅显著推动了非洲的经济振兴与和平安全建设,也通过集体的力量和日益统一的姿态而显著提升了非洲的国际地位,成为21世纪非洲复兴的重要推动者和建设者。中国始终注重发展与非盟的伙伴关系,逐步增加了对非洲一体化的重视和投入,在当前非洲发展进程中扮演了难以替代的重要角色。通过参与非洲经济一体化以及非洲的和平与安全建设,中国不仅帮助了非洲,也通过推动非洲政治稳定和经济发展进程而展现了自身负责任的大国形象,由此提升了自身在国际和平与发展领域的话语权和影响力。

At the beginning of the 20th century,Africa begun its main line of historical development———political independence through solidarity and mutual cooperation among African people.Upon the completion of this historic mission,Africa commenced its pursuit of economic development and overall rejuvenation.Currently,the AU's development has not only significantly promoted economic revitalization,peace-building and security in Africa,but also dramatically enhanced the international status of Africa through the collective strength and an increasingly unified stance,which makes the AU an important promoter and builder of a rejuvenation Africa in the 21st century.China has always been focused on partnership development with the AU,and gradually racketed up its appreciation of African integration as well as investments in Africa,thus playing an irreplaceable role in the current development process of Africa.Through constructive participation in the economic integration and peace and security building in Africa,China has not only helped Africa but also projected a positive image of a responsible big country by promoting the African process of political stability and economic development,which in turn has enhanced China's voice and influence in the fields of international peace and development.
