“一带一路”战略构想具有十分重要和深远的战略意义,赋予了21世纪的中国与欧亚国家关系新的生命力。阿拉伯世界在构建“一带一路”战略中具有不可或缺和独特的重要地位,必将发挥不可替代的桥梁和枢纽作用。21世纪以来,中国—阿拉伯世界关系发展迅速,在政治、经济、能源、金融和互联互通等领域,中阿双方具有巨大的合作空间,“一带一路”战略构想将进一步丰富中阿关系的战略内涵,预示着21世纪中阿关系的发展方向和发展趋势。同时,“一带一路”背景下中阿关系发展面临的问题也不少,阿拉伯世界的地缘政治结构性矛盾、大国博弈与角逐、阿拉伯世界的单一经济结构等,将是中阿关系发展面临的主要挑战。

The strategic conception of“The Belt and Road”is very important and has far-reaching strategic significance.It will give new vitality to the 21st century relations between China and Eurasian countries.The Arab world has an indispensable and unique position in the construction of“The Belt and Road”,and plays an irreplaceable role of a bridge and a hub.The 21st century has witnessed a rapid development of China's relationship with the Arab world in the aspect of politics,economics,energy,finance and interconnection.A giant cooperation space is left for China and Arab countries,and the strategic conception of“The Belt and Road”will further enrich the strategic content as well as indicate the direction and trends of China-Arab relations in the 21st century.In the meantime,the development of China-Arab relations under the background of“The Belt and Road”also faces many challenges,with the geopolitical structural contradictions in the Arab world,the great power game and competition,and the Arab world's unitary economic structure being the major ones.
