A Rational Analysis of Abe's Value Diplomacyand Active Pacifism

安倍政权先后提出的价值观外交与积极和平主义是日本试图通过历史修正主义方式摆脱战后体制和重塑“富国强兵”的表现形式。价值观外交本质上是通过盗用价值的方式背离价值,而积极和平主义实质是通过高举“和平”旗帜的方式破坏和平。对此,中国应该从宏观战略和微观策略两个层面进行积极应对。

Abe regime's value diplomacy and active pacifism are manifestations of Japan's attempt to get rid of their postwar system and remodel“prosperous country with a powerful army”by way of historical revisionism.The socalled value diplomacy is by nature a departure from the values by means of misuse,while the essence of active pacifism is to undermine“peace”by upholding the“peace”banner.To this,China should respond actively on two levels,with strategies on the macro level and with policies on the micro level.
