On the View of Global Governance View with Chinese Characteristics

自党的十八大以来,以习近平同志为核心的党中央在全球治理领域主动谋划、积极参与,从目标、理念、议题、战略和路径维度勾勒出中国参与全球治理的总体布局。目标是奋斗方向,理念是价值引领,议题是关注重点,战略是方式手段,路径是操作路线,五者相互关联,有机统一,共同构成了新时期中国的全球治理观。全球治理观是中国特色大国外交理论体系的重要组成部分,为中国推进全球治理体制改革提供了清晰路线图,有助于进一步提升中国的国际话语权和全球影响力。

Since the 18th National Party Congress,the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core has actively planned and participated in global governance.It has outlined China’s overall participation in global governance from the perspectives of goals,concepts,issues,strategies,and paths.The goals are the direction of struggle,the concepts the value guidance,the issues the focus of attention,the strategies the means,and the paths the operational route.The five are interconnected and organically unified,which together constitute the Chinese conception of global governance in the new era.The concept of global governance is an important component of the diplomatic theory system of big countries with Chinese characteristics.It provides a clear road map for China to advance the global governance system reform,and can further enhance China’s international discourse right and global influence.
