Analysis and Prospect of the Anti-terrorism Situation in the Arab Region

当前'阿拉伯之春'国家成为恐怖主义重灾区。2015年以来,围绕打击'伊斯兰国',国际社会分别形成以美国、俄罗斯、沙特为首的三股联盟力量。长远看,由于叙伊两国内部民族矛盾、教派矛盾长期存在,'伊斯兰国'战斗实力尚未受到毁灭性打击,加之国际反恐联盟难以形成合力,因此中东极端恐怖势力仍将活跃。这种趋势对中阿关系发展构成严峻挑战。

Currently those countries that have experienced the'Arab Spring'have become the hardest hit area by terrorism.Since 2015,the international community has formed around the fight against the'Islamic State'three coalition forces led by the United States,Russia,and Saudi Arabia,respectively.In the long run,however,the extremist terrorist forces in the Middle East will remain active due to the long-standing ethnic and sectarian conflicts between Syria and Iran,the combat strength of the'Islamic State'yet to be devastatingly blown,and the difficulty for international anti-terrorism alliance to form a joint force.Such a trend poses a serious challenge to the development of China-Arab relations.
