The exercise of collective self-defence rights is the core of Abe Cabinet’s revision of a series of security bills,which will not only completely break through the framework of individual self-defence rights upheld by successive Japanese cabinets since World WarⅡ,but also and more importantly entitle Japan with the right to wage war once again.Japan can thus truly embark on the road to'ordinary country'.This is not just a transformation of Japan’s own defense strategy;it will also affect the security assurances of East Asia and even the world as a whole.
