国际话语权视阈下中国社科学术期刊的国际化:问题与对策

Internationalizing Chinese Social Science Academic Journals from the Perspective of International Discourse Right: Problems and Countermeasures

社科学术期刊国际化不仅是提高期刊质量的重要途径,也是提升中国国际话语权和软实力的必由之路。受期刊出版体制改革滞后、英文社科期刊总量偏少以及缺乏大型出版传播平台等因素影响,当前中国社科学术期刊还处于国际化的初期阶段,国际化征途阻力重重。现阶段解决路径包括加强开放办刊、与国际出版商合作、提升期刊话题设置能力以及建设'以我为主'的学术期刊出版和传播平台以及符合中国国情的期刊评价体系。

The internationalization of social science academic journals is not only an important means to improve their quality,but also the only way to promote China’s international discourse right and soft power.Currently,only a very limited number of Chinese social science journals are published in English,anda large-scale publishing and dissemination platform is yet to be built.So Chinese social science academic journals are still in the initial stage of internationalization,faced with many obstacles.As the situation stands,the following counter measures can be proposed:strengthen open publication,cooperate with international publishers,improve the journals’ability to choose their topics,build a more'self-based'platform of publication and dissemination of academic journals,and establish a journal evaluation system in line with the national conditions of China.
