Belt and Road construction is actively supported and participated by more than 100 countries and international organizations across the world.Africa is not only the destination of the ancient Silk Road,but also an indispensable participant of the Belt and Road.Belt and Road construction in Africa has experienced a process from ambiguity to clarity,and in its development two stages can be distinguished:piloting and strategic docking.Belt and Road construction has brought unprecedented opportunities for the win-win cooperation and common development between China and Africa;at the same time,opportunities and challenges coexist.The main challenges and risks fall into different categories:political and legal,economic and financial,cultural and customary,which demand in-depth research and active response.
