当前博物馆改革与管理的我见

My views on the current reform and management of museum

本文贯彻理论与实际相结合的精神,分析了近几年来中国博物馆事业取得的成绩和前进中遇到的困难与阻力,阐述了作者对当前中国博物馆改革的见解。作者主张把改革与管理两者结合起来,在全面改革中加强组织管理,而加强科学管理正是体制和机构改革的中心环节。因此,必须把两者结合起来解决改革中出现的宏观与微观中的种种问题。本文进一步就博物馆发展方向问题,充分发挥职能作用问题和科学管理问题阐述了自己的观点。

In this article, the author analyses, in terms of the spirit of combining theory with practice, the achievements, difficulties and barriers, wh- ich occured in the course of development of china's museum cause in recent years, and expounds his views on the current reform of museum in China. He maintains that the reform should be integrated with the organized management, because the enhancement of scientific management is regarded as a key link of reforming the system and structure of museum. Therefore, only by combining reform with management can we tackle various problems in macrocosm and microcosm. Moreover, the author gives also his viewpoints on such questions as the orientation of museum development, the full play to structural functions of museum and the improvement of the scientific management in museum.
