摘要
拉刀刃形自动测量是实现拉刀重磨数控加工的关键。根据拉刀刃形的特点和数控重磨加工要求 ,提出了拉刀刃形自动测量的两种方法 :测头偏置连续仿形测量法和分步分段测量法。分析和比较了这两种方法的优缺点 。
Automatic measuring of profile of broaches is crucial when re grinding the cutters. With respect to the geometric feature and the NC re grinding requirements of the cutters, continuous and discontinuous tracing methods of measuring the profile of broaches are discussed and compared each other. The tracing control algorithm which must be used in these two methods is also presented.
