摘要
贮藏麝香常发生毛囊壳溃散和“霉变”的现象。通过分离、鉴定贮藏麝香感染的微生物,并以分离所获得的微生物为目标菌进行物理、化学抑制实验,最后选择确定了“冷藏法”作为麝香继续保藏的方案,即以4℃以下为冷藏条件。国家药库实施后,获得良好效果。同时鉴定出麝香白斑物为其自身析出物,否定了以前误认为是霉斑的结论。
The storage musk usually got decay and mould. Separating and distinguishing the microbes from infected stored musk, the control decay and mould experiments have been done in using the separated microbes as a control target. The method that is used for storing musk in low temperature is determined by the physical and chemical tests. The new storage method is practiced in state' s medication storehouse, the temperature below 4℃is used in the practice and it is successful. The white matter occurring on musk s surface is not mould but some salt efflorescence seeping out from the interior of musk. The conclusion that the white matter was mould is a mistake.
