穴位电疗法治疗慢性乙型肝炎的临床研究

Clinical study of the effects of acupoint electrotherapy in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B

目的 观察穴位电疗法治疗慢性乙型肝炎的临床疗效。方法 对照组 60例采用甘利欣合用门冬氨酸钾镁常规保肝治疗 ,治疗组 60例常规保肝治疗基础上加用穴位电疗法治疗 ,每次 3 0min ,每日 1次 ,14d为 1个疗程 ,连用 2～ 6个疗程。观察临床症状 ,肝功能、乙肝病毒血清标志及肝纤维化指标。结果 治疗组显效率76.67% ,总有效率 10 0 % ;对照组显效率为 5 3 .3 3 % ,总有效率为 90 % ,HBeAg转阴率治疗组为 15 .5 6% ,对照组为10 .87% ,血清肝纤维化指标下降明显 ,差别均有显著意义 (P <0 .0 5 )。治疗组治疗后谷丙转氨酶 (ALT)、血清总胆红素与对照组比较均有下降趋势 ,但差别无显著性意义。结论 穴位电疗法能改善慢性肝病临床症状 ,迅速恢复肝功能 ,能使血清肝纤维化指标降低 。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of acupoint electrotherapy in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B . Methods One hundred and twenty patients with chronic hepatitis B were recruited and randomly allocated into the treatment group( n =60), for them the acupoint electrotherapy was applied in addition to the hepatic protective therapy (diammonium glyey rrhiznate injection+Aspaxa), and a control group( n =60), in which only the hepatic protective therapy was given. The results were then analized and compared. Results After 2~6 sessions of the treatment, differences were noted between the two groups: the obviously effective rate was obtained in the treatment group(76.67%), and the total effective rate was up to 100%, which were significantly better than those of the control group(53.3% and 90%, respectively). Improvement in biochemical indices was also more obvious in the treatment group. Conclusion Application of acupoint electrotherapy in addition to the conventional treatment may effectively promote the recovery of patients with chronic hepatitis.
