摘要
以东莞东华医院文化建设为例,从“以人为本”的医院文化定位、“以人为本”的管理文化建设、“以人为本”的服务文化实践等方而论述了对民营医院“以人为本”的文化建设的认识和体会。指出,“以人为本”的医院文化建设是现代医院管理的有效方法。坚持管理文化建设与服务文化建设“两手抓”,在注重培训员工的凝聚力、向心力和团结奉献的主人翁精神的同时,把员工高昂的工作热情引导到为病人提供满意的服务上来,并从病人的满意中获得成就感和满足感,使管理文化与服务文化相互促进、相得益彰,将有利于医院的健康发展。
