灵芝孢子粉的耐缺氧作用观察 被引量:8

摘要 目的 探讨灵芝孢子粉对小鼠耐缺氧能力的影响。方法 参照卫生部保健食品功能评价方法〔1〕,内容包括:常压耐缺氧试验;亚硝酸钠中毒试验及急性脑缺血缺氧试验。结果 灵芝孢子粉各受试物剂量组在常压耐缺氧实验中与对照相比差异无显著性(P >0 0 5 )。在亚硝酸钠中毒存活实验中,高剂组与对照组相比差异有显著性(P <0 0 5)。在急性脑缺血缺氧实验中,灵芝孢子粉低,中,高三个剂量组断头存活时间明显高于对照组(P <0 0 1),张口呼吸次数也明显高于对照组(P <0 0 1)。 Zhao Chun, Zhang Xuehui, Nutrition and Food Research Institute, Kunming Medical College,650031 Objective:To explore the impact of Magic fungus-glossy ganoderma spore powder on the ability to anti-anoxia of rat.Method: Anti-anoxia test under normal pressure, Poisoning test of Yaxiaosuan acute cerebral ischemia and anoxia tests.Result:There is no significant difference among the magic fungus-glossy ganoderma spore tested groups in the spore oxygen tests under normal pressure( P >0 05).In the test of Yaxiaosuan poisoning surviving test,there are obvious difference between th large amount dosage group and the control group( P <0 01).In the acute cerebral ischemia and anoxia test in the groups with low, middle and high dosage, the surviving time, times of breathing with mouth are obviously higher than that of control group( P <0 01).Result:magic fungus-glossy ganoderma Spore powder has effect to raise the ability of anti-anoxia of rats.
