原发性高血压左室正常构型外周血淋巴细胞β_2受体密度及心功能的研究

摘要 目的 探讨原发性高血压左室正常构型外周血淋巴细胞 β2 受体密度及心功能是否较正常有显著差异。方法 超声测定正常对照组 (CON组 ) 31例、原发性高血压正常构型组 (NG组 ) 2 4例的心功能指标 ,同时进行放射性配基结合试验测定 2组外周血淋巴细胞β2 受体的密度 (β2 maxL)。结果 ①与正常对照组相比NG组左室舒张功能下降 ;NG组收缩功能与正常对照组无差异 ;②NG组 β2 maxL与正常组无显著差异 [(391.6 5± 99.86 )vs(42 6± 87.75 )fmol 10 7Cell]。结论 原发性高血压左室正常构型时外周血淋巴细胞 β2 受体密度较正常无显著变化 。 Objective To investigate the changes in left ventricular function and β 2 adrenergic receptor density of lymphocytes in essential hypertension (EH) with left ventricular normal geometric pattern (NG). Methods 24 patients of NG and 31 healthy volunteers were involved in the present study. The left ventricular geometry and cardiac function were studied by using two-diemensional echocardiography. β 2-adrenergic receptor density of lymphocytes was measured by receptor binding assay with H3-DHA. Results 1.The diastolic funcfion was decreased at the early stage of EH, but the systolic function in NG group was as normal as in the control. 2.β 2-adrenergic reccptor density of peripheral lymphocytes showed no difference between control and NG groups. Conclusion The β 2-adrenergic receptor density is normal in EH patients with left ventricular normal geometric pattern, and the systolic function is then in a compensated stage.
