摘要
目的 探讨足前部毁损伤早期修复、足前部缺损重建以及足前掌部离断再植的临床效果。 方法 采用腓骨小头复合瓣重建第一跖骨 ,用游离皮瓣移植修复不同伤情足底与足背部的软组织缺损。采用吻合血管腓骨小头复合瓣组合重建足前掌负重点。 结果 临床应用 15 9例 ,随访 14 5例 ,术后行走功能恢复满意。 结论 对于严重的足前部毁损伤 ,可用游离复合骨皮瓣、移位皮瓣覆盖创面 ,重建足前部的负重点 。
Objective To report the clinical effects of early repair of seriously damaged forefeet, reconstruction of forefeet defect and replantation of amputated forefeet. Methods The first matatarsal bone was reconstructed by using fibular heads, the weight bearing point of forefeet by complex flaps with fibular heads. All kinds of soft tissue defects at the forefeet were repaired by transplanting free flaps. Results Of 159 cases, 145 followed up were satisfied with the function of their damaged feet. Conclusions All kinds of flaps like transplanted flaps and free flaps should be used to cover the wound and reconstruct the weight-bearing point of feet so as to recover the function and the form of the seriously damaged forefeet.
