摘要
目的:观察脑出血条件下神经肽Y(NPY)活性变化及其在脑心综合征发生机制中的作用。方法:动态监测大鼠脑出血过程中血浆及脑于NPY活性变化、血清心肌酶谱(CK-MB)变化以及大鼠心电图的改变。结果:脑出血后心电图异常率为80%,大鼠脑内血肿开始形成的6小时血浆及脑干NPY活性、血清CK-MB均显著升高,并以脑出血24小时血肿高峰期时最为显著,随后逐渐下降。结论:脑出血时常伴有心电图异常、血清CK-MB改变,中枢及外周神经肽Y含量升高可能参与脑心综合征的发生发展。
Objective: To observe the chang of neuropeptide Y(NPY)during cerebral hemorrhage(ICH) and discuss its role on cerebral-cardeac syndrome (CCS). Methods: We observed the changes of NPY activity of serum and brain-stem, changes of serum CK-MB and electrocardiogram(ECG). Results: The ECG abnormality rate was 80% in ICH. NPY activity of serum and brainstem, serum CK-MB obviously increased during the time of intracerebral hematoma formation at 6h, and became significant during the peak time of intracerebral hematoma formation at 24h, then gradually decreased. Conclusion: ICH often had abnormal ECGs and CK-MB changes. The enhanced activity of central and peripheral NPY may play an important role on the mechanism of Cerbral-Cardiac Syndrome.
