痔点挑刺联合温针灸治疗Ⅰ、Ⅱ期内痔的临床疗效分析

Clinical Effect Analysis of Hemorrhoids Points Prick Combined with Warming Needle Moxibustion in the Treatment ofⅠ,Ⅱstage of Internal Hemorrhoids

为探讨痔点挑刺联合温针灸治疗Ⅰ、Ⅱ期内痔的临床效果,将我科收治的122例Ⅰ、Ⅱ期内痔患者随机分为对照组和观察组,各61例,对照组单纯采用痔点挑刺法治疗,观察组采用痔点挑刺联合温针灸法治疗。对比2组患者总体疗效及各症状改善情况。结果显示,观察组治疗总有效率(95.08%)明显高于对照组(80.33%),P <0.05;治疗后观察组便血、脱出、疼痛评分均明显低于对照组,P <0.05。结果表明,痔点挑刺联合温针灸治疗Ⅰ、Ⅱ期内痔疗效确切,便于护理,无不良反应,不失为一种理想的治疗痔的外治法。

This study was to investigate the clinical effect of hemorrhoids points prick combined with warming needle moxibustion for treatingⅠ,Ⅱstage of internal hemorrhoids,randomly divided 122 patients with this hemorrhoids admitted in author’s dept.,into observation group and control group,61 cases for each;the former received above combined therapy,while the latter received alone hemorrhoids points prick,then compared total effect and improvement of symptoms between the two groups.As results,in total effective rate,and in the score on pain,hematochezia and prolapse the former was significantly higher and lower than the latter(95.08%vs 80.33%,P<0.05 and P<0.05).Results show that above combined therapy forⅠ,Ⅱstage of internal hemorrhoids has determined effect,is convenient for nursing and has no adverse reactions.It is an ideal external treatment for hemorrhoids.
