对口切开旷置垫棉法结合松挂线术治疗高位复杂性肛瘘的临床效果

Contraincision Organization Not-dealt Cotton-padding Combined with Loosened Thread-drawing for Treating High Complex Anal Fistula:Clinical Effect

为探讨对口切开旷置垫棉法结合松挂线术治疗高位复杂性肛瘘的疗效,将我院收治的30例高位复杂性肛瘘患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各15例,观察组采用对口切开旷置垫棉法结合松挂线术治疗,对照组采用切开挂线术治疗。对比2组治疗总体疗效、创面愈合时间及治疗后肛门功能。结果显示,2组治疗总有效率比较差异无统计学意义,P>0.05;观察组创面愈合时间明显短于对照组,且肛门漏气、漏液发生率明显低于对照组,P <0.05。结果表明,与切开挂线术相比,对口切开旷置垫棉法结合松挂线术治疗高位复杂性肛瘘可在不影响总体疗效的情况下,缩短创面愈合时间,更好地保护肛门功能。

This study was to investigate the effect of a combined procedure(contraincision organization notdealt cotton-padding plus loosened thread-drawing)in the treatment of high complex anal fistula,randomly divided 30 cases of this fistula admitted in authors’hospital into observation group(15 cases,received above combination procedure)and control group(15 cases,alone high loosened thread-drawing),then compared both groups’whole effect,the time for wound-surface healing,and postoperative anal function.As results,in total effective rate there was no statistical difference between the two groups(P>0.05),but in the time for wound-surface healing,and in the incidence of anal air leakage and fluid leakage,observation group was significantly shorter and lower than control group(P<0.05).Results show that compared with incision&thread-drawing procedure above combination procedure can shorten healing time of wound-surface and better protect anal function without affecting the whole effect.
