马来酸曲美布汀胶囊联合聚乙二醇4000散口服治疗便秘型肠易激综合征的临床疗效

Orally Administering Trimebutine Maleate Capsule and Macrogol 4000 Powder in the Treatment of Constipation Irritable Bowel Syndrome:Clinical Effect

为探讨马来酸曲美布汀胶囊联合聚乙二醇4000散口服治疗便秘型肠易激综合征(IBS-C)的临床疗效,选取我院肛肠科收治的100例IBS-C患者,随机双盲法分为对照组和观察组,各50例,对照组仅口服马来酸曲美布汀胶囊治疗,观察组联合口服聚乙二醇4000散治疗。比较2组治疗效果。结果显示,观察组治疗后腹胀、腹痛、大便性状、排便频次评分均低于对照组,P <0.05;2组用药不良反应比较差异无统计学意义,P>0.05。结果表明,马来酸曲美布汀胶囊联合聚乙二醇4000散口服治疗IBS-C疗效确切,安全可行。

This study was to investigate the clinical effect of orally administering Trimebutine maleate capsule(TMC)and Macrogol 4000 powder in the treatment of constipation irritable bowel syndrome(IBS-C)predominated by constipation IBS(IBS-C),enrolled 100 cases of IBS-C treated in author’s hospital,and randomly divided them into control group(50 cases,alone TMC)and observation group(50 cases,TMC plus Macrogol 4000 powder),then compared effect between both groups.As results,in the score on burbulence,abdomen pain,stool characters,and defecation frequency observation group was all lower than control group(P<0.05);in the untoward reaction from drugs there was no statistical difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Results show that both combination administration for IBS-C has certain effect,is safe and feasible.
