三种不同方法治疗肛门直肠神经官能症的临床对比分析

Clinically Comparative Analysis on Three Therapies for Anorectal Nerve Functional Disorder

为探讨3种不同方法治疗肛门直肠神经官能症的效果,将60例肛门直肠神经官能症患者随机分为3组,即临床治疗组、心理治疗组和综合治疗组(心理治疗+临床治疗),每组20例。治疗6个月后,比较3组临床疗效。结果显示,综合治疗组治疗总有效率明显高于临床治疗组和心理治疗组,心理治疗组明显高于临床治疗组,P <0.05。男性病例治疗效果优于女性,P <0.05。有家人陪诊的患者临床治疗效果优于单人就诊者,P <0.05。结果表明,单纯临床治疗肛门直肠神经官能症效果欠佳,应结合心理治疗。

This study was to investigate the effect of anorectal nerve functional disorder(ARNFD)treated with 3 therapies,and compared&analysed them,so,randomly divided 60 ARNFD patients into clinical treatment group(group A),mental treatment group(group B)and combined treatment group(i.e,mental treatment+clinical one,as group C),20 cases for each;compared the clinical effect after the treatment of 6 months.As results,in total effective rate group C was significantly higher than both group A,B,and group B also significantly higher than group A(all,P<0.05);the efficacy in male patients was superior to that in female patients(P<0.05);And,the clinical treatment effect of patients accompanied by family members is better than that of self-single patients(P<0.05).Results show that for ARNFD,alone clinical treatment can achieve less better efficacy,it should be combined with mental treatment.
