结肠灌洗在永久性结肠造口患者术后护理中的应用效果

Application Efficacy of Colon-lavage in Postoperative Nursing on the Patients Underwent Permanent Colostomy

为探讨结肠灌洗在永久性结肠造口患者术后护理中的应用效果,将92例接受经腹会阴联合直肠癌根治术(Miles术)治疗者随机分为2组,各46例,一组术后接受传统造口袋护理(对照组),一组术后接受结肠灌洗护理(观察组)。对比2组患者干预前及干预后3个月的生活质量,以及并发症发生情况。结果显示,干预后3个月,2组除躯体功能评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)外,角色功能、认知功能、情绪功能、社会功能及总体健康状况方面观察组评分均明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义,P <0.05。观察组造口并发症发生率明显低于对照组,P <0.05。结果表明,永久性结肠造口术后行结肠灌洗,可提高患者生活质量,减少并发症的发生。

This study was to investigate the application efficacy of colon-lavage in postoperative nursing on the patients underwent permanent colostomy,randomly divided 92 patients to be subject to transabdominal perineal Miles procedure into control group(46 cases,postoperatively received routine stoma-bag nursing)and observation group(46 cases,colon-lavage nursing),then compared patients’quality of life before intervention and 3 months later after intervention,and complication incidence status between the two groups.As results,3 months later after intervention except for somatic function having no statistical difference between the two groups(P>0.05),in the score on other functions such as role one,cognitive one,emotion one,and social one,as well whole health situation observation group was all significantly higher than control one,there were statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05),in the incidence of complications observation group also lower than control group(P<0.05).Results show that after permanent colostomy colon-lavage can enhance patients’quality of life and reduce complication incidence.
